Dr. Sarah Engbers, DVM

Veterinarian, Practice Owner

Dr. Sarah received both her Bachelors of Science and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine  from the University of Calgary.  She has special interest in dentistry and surgery.  Before opening River Path Veterinary Clinic, Dr. Sarah worked as a veterinarian in Cochrane and then as a staff veterinarian at the AARCS animal shelter. Dr. Sarah is excited to provide life-long veterinary care to the amazing dogs and cats of Cochrane. 

Dr. Stephanie Jaggard, DVM

Veterinarian

 Dr. Jaggard has been practicing veterinary medicine in Calgary and Cochrane since 2019.  She is especially interested in preventative care.  On her own time Dr. Stephanie trains PADS puppies to become service dogs!  

Paula, RVT

Registered Veterinary Technologist

Born and raised in Drumheller, Paula obtained her Registered Veterinary Technician from Lakeland College in Vermillion.  Her passion is nutrition and finding the perfect food for your pet. In short, she researches diets that balance you and your pet’s needs. 
When not in-clinic, Paula enjoys spending time with her family and getting outside for hiking, biking, and skiing. She has rescue cat named Charlie and a family-shared border collie cross named Fynn!

Sharon, RVT

Registered Veterinary Technologist

Sharon is a graduate of Olds College as a Registered Veterinary Technologist.  She has spent her career working in small animal clinics in Calgary and Cochrane.
Sharon lives in Cochrane with her family and their spoiled fur babies.  She can often be found at Bow Valley Grizzly rugby games supporting the team and loves to spend time with her family and friends. 

Jeanine, RVT

Registered Veterinary Technologist

Jeanine graduated from Olds College and has enjoyed using her education working with dogs and cats since then.  As a pet owner, she deeply values the bond between pets and their people and is excited to be working with the RPVC team to help keep your fur family healthy.  
In her free time, Jeanine enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and of course her fur babies.

Reception

Cari has been living and working in Cochrane since 2007. She has worked in the human healthcare field, volunteered with the Cochrane Humane Society and has now joined the team at River Path Vet. She really enjoys getting to know all the clients and their fur-babies. When not at work you can find Cari hiking in the mountains with her handsome dog Basil or floating on the water in her kayak.
