If your pet(s) have been seen at a another veterinary clinic within 3 years, please call them and request medical records be emailed to clinic@riverpathvet.com . It is very important and helpful to have these records to us prior to your first appointment. If you have any challenges doing this, please notify us so that we may assist you.
